We have flexibility to invest in a tenant’s business if capital is required. We also invite tenants to invest alongside us in properties. Our experience is that there is generally unlocked value (both in our property and tenant businesses) if we work together. Any tenant at Railway Street Corporate Centre can be part of an ownership syndicate to enhance their lease economics.

Railway Street Corporate Centre is located on Railway Street SE in the sub-market neighborhood of Deerfoot Meadows, a premier central suburban office and retail location. Located in the South Central suburbs of Calgary, the office campus is easily accessed by Deerfoot Trail to the east, Glenmore Trail to the North, and Blackfoot Trail to the West.

Downtown Calgary is easily reached in just a 15 minute drive and Calgary International Airport is only 20 minutes away.  The property is well serviced by public transportation with bus routes #43 and #306 within walking distance to the property.
